Ordered from here for years. It’s slowly gone down but last nights was just awful, chips looked and tasted like they’d been cooked- gone cold and cooked again numerous times, beef curry sauce was like water and all the beef was clumped together! And the rice well, ever tasted rubber? Me neither until that rice hit my mouth.

Absolutely appalling service. The staff, particularly the woman handling phone orders, is shockingly rude and arrogant. Our order was completely mishandled, with the delivery driver giving our food to someone else. After waiting over an hour for a resolution, we were met with defensiveness and blatant disrespect instead of an apology. Rather than addressing their incompetence, they doubled down, making excuses for their delivery driver’s failure to deliver to the correct address. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is disgraceful. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service and being treated poorly!

best cantonese chicken we've ever had great portions we try a new random dish each time so far everthing has been lovely and great we can order and pay online 😀

WARNING PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE , JUST HAD OUR ORDER AND BBQ SAUCE TASTED OF BURNT PLASTIC . ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, SPOILT OUR TEA . RICE SEEMS LIKE ITS BEEN REHEATED ABOUT 5 TIMES . LIKE EATING ROCK HARD BULLETS . NEVER AGAIN

We have ordered a couple of times from this take away and I have to say it's amazing. Food comes so hot you think it's just been cooked outside your door, very tasty and plenty in each portion. Great

We have purchased food from so many Telford Chinese Takeaways on recommendation and almost always been disappointed, we used this Takeaway for years before the owners closed the business, recently we have had food from here and can THOROUGHLY recommend the food.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic, hot full of flavour and decent prices, we have tried 2 different dishes and would say if you like authentic rich sauce with in our case chicken give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

Very rude woman on the phone, phoned to tell me that they couldn’t do the won tons in chicken and it had to be prawn or I’d have to pick different options. Woman wasn’t very clear on the phone and was speaking too quickly and so I didn’t understand what options she’d given me and I asked her just to remove the won tons from the order and I’ll have the rest of the order instead. Then she said “I’ve cancelled your order, bye” and put the phone down and was extremely rude. I phoned back to ask why it’d been cancelled and she said “Well, you cancelled it?” I explained I didn’t and that I’d only asked for an item to be removed and I still wanted the rest of my order and she said it was too late because she’d cancelled it through Uber eats and I’d have to reorder if that was the case, I took my custom somewhere else. Disgusting attitude on the phone.

Best Chinese I've had and I've had a lot! Delicious, fresh and a great portion. Tofu was perfectly cooked as was the veg. Man on the desk double checked my order was suitable for vegans too. Great service.

After waiting patiently for an hour for my food to arrive, half of the order was missing. So I phoned the restaurant to try and resolve the issue. I was even happy to drive to the restaurant and collect the missing half myself…that was however, until I was told on the phone that I was a lier, and my food wasn’t
missing (I can assure you it was). The worst customer service I’ve ever received. It’s safe to say I will not be ordering from here again.

Very poor communication order completely wrong and food cold and refused to send out order or refund they were to busy after spending a considerable amount of money used it for years gone down hill avoid at Al costs hygiene is terrible I was I there waiting on a order and they were bringing order bit by bit to the front and putting them all in just eat bag and were sat there along time very rude staff whe asked for a replacement 😕

Been looking for a new local Chinese and this one is top! Food was great, tasted fantastic. Ordered on their website and as I walked through the door the food was ready. 0 complaints!

Not from the area, working away down here. Was recommended this place by a guy in the local boozer. The 3.8 rating didn't put me off trying it and I wasn't disappointed.
Only ordered chicken curry (minus shrooms) and it was outstanding, will be ordering again next week when I'm back down.

I normally have my food from ping Hong but unfortunately are closed on Mondays far superior food, Telford orientalis vile I don't know what the meat was in my chow mein but it did nttaste like chicken or beef most went in the bin I wouldn't even give it my dog I feel sick every time I thin k if it one star rating is being generous

Ordered on New year's eve, expecting average food but was delicious could tell freshly cooked, especially the batter. Lovely and fresh and piping hot. Arrived slightly later than anticipated but it was new years eve, imagine is normally quicker, also got some nice freebies with the order. Delivery man lovely, friendly and smiley. Thank you, and thanks for opening! Perfect would definitely reccomend *****
